Are you using android? I was looking into the permissions on the app on IOS and it doesn't ask for connection to bluetooth. As far as I can see, on IOS you cannot give the app permission unless it requests it. Possibly part of the issue ?‍♂️

IOS update hasn't worked for me, face ID doesn't work, Request Times out for all car data, try to unbind and I input the code but there isn't a button to confirm. All in all a complete s***show.
