My new MG4 SE LR does not have a waterproof plug cover. In the users manual this is repeatedly referred to as a safety feature. My MG dealer sales person states it is not standard and not provided on an MG4 which (as a safety feature) feels counter intuitive. Can anyone give me definitive answer...
