I use mine a lot - especially now that it works again! I do have my distance set to 1 as that does feel like my normal distance for when I'd overtake. When you get used to it - you can sense just that little tiny slowdown before it puts the brakes on - if you start indicating at that point it...
I'm pleased to report that I've got my car back and done a couple of nice big runs, and everything is working nicely. I have r62 software which fixes the steering wheel buttons, but they had to replace some "power control module" under warranty, and they had a bit of a problem programming it to...
Mine is now r62. I’ve also noticed that on the pull down menu to turn on the front radar there are now two new options DMS and ISA. iSA seems to be intelligent speed assist and I think DMS is to do with driver monitoring as it asks to to confirm if you want to turn it off. A few less buttons
So they had it a week and were able to do a software update to fix the star buttons but they are going to replace a control module to fix the speed recognition/ acc / lka. Part should come from Birmingham actually they said so we’ll see in a couple of weeks when it goes back in. On the plus...
Just checked - you are right there is a discrepency - not much but it's there. The Ohme app reports 5.88kWh charge today (during the 2 hour free session!) but in Home Assistant, the integration reports 5.79kWh
I’ve been trying to use this to create a dashboard showing the gps locations on a map. Kinda works if you set the map to display the last 48 hours. Was trying to do it based on a date selector but haven’t got that to work yet. That’s more of a home assistant problem than the integration though...
I hadn't noticed this before, it might have always done this - but now I've seen it - I see it all the time!
When I put the car on charge - I use an Ohme home pro charger, and it provides various slots for when it charges.
When one of those slots starts the headlights, brake lights and the...
They weren't able to resolve the issue - so it's going back in a couple of weeks, and they'll give me a courtesy car whilst they try again, early september.
So I’ve had the speed limit recognition, adaptive cruise control and star keys stop working. It went in for a day a couple of weeks ago but couldn’t sort it. It got picked up on Monday and by tonight (Wednesday) they still haven’t resolved it. They’ve opened a technical case and tried things but...
Ohme home pro is unable to get the state of charge from MG as far as I know. It always assumes the car is empty until the car tells
It to stop charging.
However with home assistant there is also integration with iSMART through the SAIC integration which can get the state of charge amongst...
