My key has a symbol of boot opening on it so I guess just unlocks the boot with the alternative of doors as well. Never used it as key fob stays in my pocket, and I just press release on tailgate manually.

Well if around town as your subject header then 35mph is too fast :) Try 30mph or under, Dong this I do not get your high revving but 1.1, 1.4 or sometimes 1.8 krpm. I'm on Normal and regen. 2

Highest revs I've had is 3.1 At 1050 miles I've just run it in, 900 miles. Never been on motor yet but tomorrow will. Enjoy the car as we do.

This won't help you but I've learnt from experience in this Forum that MG ZS is hard to find a towbar and get it fitted. I had problems with my previous Peugeot and Ford and would if buying another for caravan towing the best way is to order a towbar and correct electrics factory fitted from dealer.

My previous car replacement was cheaper than dealer price, £350 I think is what all dealers charge. Locksmith did it cheaper but takes I recall an hour.

Anyone with experience of older MG cars can you say how MG go about map updating?

Previous cars gave slightly wrong location at home as yours, I thought it was a security thing.

Probably best to press the button on front door and lock every time you get out. My key stays in my pocket all the time. My locking, unlocking and starting can be done on my mobile phone. Did you do anything with your phone.

I've got the Blue paint and bought a touch up on Ebay. I did find out MG several times with same code but give it different names. My local Chips Away are very good. MattyS If MG give us paint/corrosion warranty then your dealer needs to see the bump.

From way back and a car with smart alternating problems I bought a voltmeter plug in the cigarette lighter socket which I have moved from car to car and it gives me assurance the battery is charging as I travel along.

Is ok if you turn the dash cam off?
