I think you'll probably find your dealership will only update your software if your car has a fault which requires an update to fix it, unless you want to pay to have it updated. They only get payment from MG if the update is necessary for whatever reason, so most are reluctant to spend what can...

I think you'll find if you hold the toggle switch up or down it'll change by 5mph increments, I've not tried it, but saw a post on it here somewhere

MG only allow .2 hr on the bulletin, which is not much considering you have to have a prior appointment to inspect the thing, it's no wonder some dealers are not interested.

Hi @swedeovich if you're anywhere near Diss I can recommend Desira MG of Diss, mines booked in there for the rear undertray modification and they said they will do the recall update SC077 at the same time, without me even asking about it. Very reasonable service prices too.
