To connect your phone do a factory reset and this will sort the problem, we’ll it did for us after it had been in for repair, and obviously someone else had connected their phone.

We’ve had our trophy long range for 8 months in summer we were getting a range of around 290 miles, in winter it’s about 80-100 miles less. If you use Eco setting it saves a bit but heating is rubbish on that setting, also check your Kers setting we have ours on 3. It is also down to driving...
Thank you. Spoke to dealer don’t have a curtesy car for 1 month and nobody to look at it today anyway. Dealer (that we bought from from new last year) suggests I get it recovered in by our breakdown people who will supply a cutesy car, not exactly what I call service.
