I am getting no volume, that is my problem. The volume setting is about 12. I have had various radio problems as we all have, but they normally sort themselves, but not this time. I have booked the car into my dealer but first slot is not for a couple of weeks

Thanks for answering. The top left of screen shows the radio station that is meant to be playing. By prodding in the joy stock it just spins the DAB selection.

Has anyone had their radio problem sorted? Mine is going into the dealer on Monday. It would be good to know if anyone has had it sorted.

Continuing my story. After Reset to Factory Setting, radio started working. While driving it today, it stopped working. Booked it into dealer after that. Got into car to drive home and it started working again. Very annoying.

So, vehicle into dealer first thing. They couldn’t identify what was causing the problem. They did a factory reset(which I could have done) and the problem has gone away. If it comes back, I need to book it in for a longer period so they can talk to MG about it.

Just given that a try. No luck, the screen still moving around. The dealer is fitting me in at 8am tomorrow to have a look.

No, just a short 7 mile journey and the radio cut out half way there.

I had the problem with the radio cutting out this morning. I did the hard reset as suggested and now I have the Home Screen and the settings screen going back and forward. Very strange. Going into the dealer tomorrow morning.
