Just wanted to come back on here and say thank you to @Bricktop X PWR obviously would only be coincidence, but the day I sent an email my dealer had the part on order.... Anyway. Now have my car back and working. Tbh 3 week repair time i much better than I feared, just wish the communication...

After 6 weeks of owing my brand new MG5 it went into the dealers as the 12V battery wasn't charging. On the first day they (correctly in my opinion) diagnosed a failed CCU. Since then it's been sat there (2 weeks on Monday) apparently still waiting for MG to authorize the part... I've tried...

Considering these for my car, does anyone have any full car images with these fitted to assess the look? Thanks, Ian

Not sure if this is a known issue or not, but having picked up my mg5 facelift on Tuesday, the dash always shows 100% in the big image, but 80% in the bottom left: Any thoughts? Wondering if this is a known issue (perhaps related to updates) or something else. Thanks Ian

Of course a 3rd option is a combination of 1 and 2 which would make it much harder to work out...

I'm not concerned, but based on other reports on these forums I was expecting to have seen some % drop

Thank you @Alb Plugged I this afternoon and low and behold, 100% SOH. I think that's pretty good on a 2 year old car, certainly much better than I was expecting!

Just had my 2nd service today after 26K miles. Allegedly my SOH is 100%... Half of me is thinking 'fantastic', the other half is thinking - have they actually checked... Can anyone confirm a OBD2 dongle and android software i can use to check myself? Thanks.

According go fastned, the mg5 supports autocharge. Just plug in and it'll start charging. Has anyone tried this?

ECON on is probably less efficient due to the milli amps used to power the LED... :)

Due to the slow down I wouldn't recommend it, but categorically on at least 2 occasions I have left a rapid charger at 100% mg5sr

I tried this out at my local genie point last night. Worked really well, however... When charging there was no status over than charging. Neither on the app or on the charger. Perhaps I was doing something wrong but feels like there are some improvements to come to make it really useful. If they...
