I saved my HOME and WORK addresses as favourites while I was away from both of these locations and then travelled HOME. I also saved 2 additional addresses which I was not located at and did not travel to.

A quick update. Since buying the car from MG Darlington 4 weeks ago the car has now spent approx nearly 2 weeks back at the dealership.
I have been fed a steady stream of b£^^*!t by the dealership "It will be ready tomorrow", "It has taken a bit longer but it will defenitely be ready tomorrow"...
Thanks for the reply I will give it a go this weekend although I am not very optimistic it will solve the issue as it seems more like a hardware fault to me.

a. Try reinstalling the Ismart App. I had already tried that on 3 different phones without success
b. Must be a weak signal area. I pointed out that this must mean the entire north of England must be a weak signal...
I have just spoken to MG Customer Care in the UK and unfortunately they were no help and told me to take the car to a main dealer. I have scheduled this for next Thursday so hopefully the dealership can sort this out as I getting concerned I have bought a lame duck :(
I should have added that I did try this multiple times when I was bound to the car and it still did not connect. My wife has also tried when she was bound to the car on her phone and also my daughter and it did not connect for any of us with the same message "Unable to connect"
