No, that's not what I said at all, and I don't think it's what @aerofurb said either, though I don't want to answer for @aerofurb . If you're saying it only ever runs at 1400 rpm when idling in HEV mode then you'd best get it looked at by a mechanic as that doesn't sound good.

Apparently, it can also behave like that when warming itself up, even if the battery is full. Do you notice from a cold start, or after a run?

It's probably charging the battery. Have you noticed if the battery is low when it's doing it? Try it when the battery is full and see if it still does it. <Edit - Image containing erroneous AI generated data removed.>

Has anyone experienced an 'Over The Air' update to their vehicle? Are they are 'pushed' automatically to the vehicle, or do they have to be downloaded? Does the vehicle tell you when you have received one? What kind of features do they update?

From what I've experienced personally, and what I've read on here, that is par for the course on both counts. Front parking sensors only activate when reverse gear is selected, and touch screen response generally is a little laggy.
