Charge rate from home charger.

I have a relatively new home charger 7kwh. It seems to top out at about 6.2/6.3kwh when charging my MG ZS EV. What would cause this to happen.I never seem to get the full 7kwh capability. I have a 100amp fuse in the supply box.
