Miles was able too see my account after Vin number reg number and phone number and email address he was able to determine that I should use the phone that we used in the original binding

All now working thanks to Miles at Chorley after a suggestion Miles said try logging on using the phone number of the binded phone. Eureka it all works. Another thank you to Miles

The car is going into the dealership on the 16th. Thought about factory setting fine for the car but ismart account will show email is already in use and will not reset account.

The car has been back to the dealers, u able to solve the problem. Told they will need to speak to MG and have the car unbound?, awaiting on a date, one week later no word. Still waiting on the dealership to contact us 12 days !!!!!!!
