I am amazed why every time the press review a new car they always compare it to a BYD model. Leaving my own personal preference for MG cars aside, figures also seems to show MG sells more. BIG TITLE: BYD sales in Europe grow by 165% Jan 2026 compared to Jan 2025. Very true. But they didn't sell...
FWIW I think the best 2nd hand option is an MG4 SE SR range bur a later model that has
1)Rear Wiper (you never need it)
2)Sat Nav (you never use it )
3)Automatic front grill open and closing ( no idea if it is of any use)
4)Rear passenger hand hold (No one ever uses them)
5)middles seat head...
Has anyone solved the problem with MULTIPLE entries in the bluetooth saved-devices list. I get like 30 or more which I have to clean every now and then.
The new versions are more expensive. So, if they do not do deals and reduce their prices, when the old stock finishes, I suspect the second hand price for the old version should increase or at least hold its price better. The gap between the new and old prices is the driver.
My car was fixed !!!!!!!
Went for service and I was told they updated a lot of software (it was taking so long that they kept the car overnight).
The speed recognition now does not stick anymore.
I bought my first MG4 from Chiswick MG. Just called for servicing and they informed me they no longer sell or service MGs. Another one bites the dust.
Anyone know whether MG franchises are increasing or decreasing in UK as a whole?
