I'm in Australia and purchased the Ottocast A2AIR Pro on eBay for $64. I just followed the supplied directions and connected my Samsung S21. Furthermore, I have been using it for 2 months now and it connects every time.

This issue was fixed on the 25th when they changed from 3G to 4G.

I emailed mgmotor.com.au last Wednesday. Other than their automatic reply, nothing.

I will leave that up to the dealer to do this Friday. I don't know if I would pay for an iSmart subscription.

I tried that at home, and again at the dealers last Friday. Even changed my password. No go.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Hopefully this advice will help others when they update the mobile phones. Thanks.
