I won't order another Trophy Connect model. The radio is still playing up after numerous visits to the garage and I don't think MG know how to fix it, and the so called "Over The Air " updates don't appear to exist.

Mine did the same when I first got it but it seems to have corrected itself somehow. I just wish the other fault would do the same.

My ZS Trophy Connect has had the same fault since I got it 13 months ago. It has had numerous visits to the garage for updates, re-boots, etc. It still does it now and then. Ongoing !!

I'm having problems with the radio on my ZS EV Trophy Connect LR. After it's been on for a while it loses volume on all stations, DAB, FM, and AM. Does not come back on until car is completely switched off and left for a while. Dealer has tried a re-set but doesn't seem to have worked. Any ideas?

After having waited 12 months for a Gen 2 MG ZS EV that never came and ended up being cancelled I would never order another car from MG again unless it was there in the showroom looking at me. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to customer service.

You've got more chance of getting a cancelled order than getting a new one from order. I waited 12 months for one and in the end cancelled it because I got sick of being fobbed off. I picked up a cancellation three weeks later........Good Luck !!
