Whenever I fold the rear seats and put some load on it (suitcases for example), the seat bell alarm for the middle rear seat goes off. Could not find a way to turn it off, shifting the loads around on retriggers it. Anyone has similar problem? I have the 2022 Facelift LR.

If anyone has the broken hinge assembly, I can get it scanned (almost FOC) and make a 3d replacement at work.

I am certain that the issue is linked to the car’s 4g signal. Whenever I go to the in laws which have very poor reception, the error showed up on start. Reset it (and the milage) and starting the car at home it doesn’t show. It’s a minor inconvenience but will see if dealers have a solution for it.

I tried to follow Mike Procter's instruction on how to remove the rear seat in the ZS EV (he had a MK 1) It looks very easy in the video, but when I tried the same in my TC the seat seemed to get stuck. Anyone had any success removing the rear seat?

Very easy, just like on any Android phone. It’s in the Settings menu, the same place you access the manual.

Took the ZS EV LR to Germany to visit family, the car performed exceptionally well. Some stats: Total Miles driven: ~1100 mls Total Energy used: ~ 340 kWh Total charging cost: ~174 Euro Consumption for the entire trip: 3.2 miles/kWh - loads of 130km/hr+ driving here. Cost per mile: ~£0.14...

I just hope they push a fix to not disable speed assist every time the car is powered off. It’s getting annoying having to turn it on in the Mg pilot menu every time I start a car.

Ok here’s another. I was standing next to the car and having full 4g service. Also “is failed”.

To get back on topic. Here’s one annoying thing. The screen is BRIGHT. Even with dark mode enable and brightness on lowest it’s still too bright.

Were you driving? I remember having seen that message but it disappears when I start driving.

360 camera doesn’t work if car’s over 10mph though (manual page 213). Such a shame all the hardware’s there!

I vaguely remember seeing a video review (I watched too many of them while waiting for the car) where the driver uses the turn signal and the side camera shows up on the screen. In the menu of the 360 camera there’s only an option for showing the camera at low speed and even then it only seems...

All sold out technically but they’re happy to take £500 deposit. My guess is they’re hoping if any customers would cancel they want to flog off the rest of the stock. The orders must have been made with the grant which explains the price difference.
