Get your car fully updated. Newer updates solved a lot of connecting issues people had at DCFC. As for chargers; use ABRP. Tons of info and you get an accurate trip estimation.

The poblem is, that this "intelligent heating" isn't intelligent at all and will keep the battery always warm, regardless if you drive to a charging station or not. That in turn means your consumption will be higher, especially in winter
