Yes, a few times. Even tried different phones. As far as I can guess, the car doesnt communicate with the tbox. If I knew the steps taken between the app and car I could get the point across to the dealership and MG who keep saying it's the app. The app was fine until the tbox was swapped.

Dealers have had the car in again today. Completely reloaded the car and phone software and the app still doesn't connect. Mechanic doesn't have a clue what to do now. Mentioned changing a TE box. Any ideas?
They checked for updates, none needed so were stumped. They have now requested some sort of assistance from MG. It worked pretty fine before they changed the telematics box. Just called me and they want it in for the day to run more tests.
