Cupra Born - At that discount it seems the bottom must have dropped out of their market?
My cousin has one but he complains about the lack of mechanical switches
Yes - my son has an absurdly loud and expensive one !!!
I'm really enjoying my MG4 Trophy Long Range....but only since they fixed Lane Kill Assist and ACC. I had to endure 2 years of an awful product but now it's real fun to drive. My early experience has put me off buying another new model MG and the poor aftersales experience from the local...
My 2nd car was a rust bucket 1300 (1st was a mini). I've still got 2 pairs of brake shoes in the garage if anyone wants them .
I'm sure they'll come in useful one day but I'll have to dig them out from all the other potentially useful stuff in the garage. 🤣
I've renewed (early) at a 4.7% discount on last year's premium with some additional free excess cover. My previous insurer subsequently phoned and tried to get me to renew, and could he see if he could improve their price (reminding me that I had 14 days to cancel my new cover). I questioned why...
I see. Thanks. Where is the update log? Is this the 'programming history' mentioned elsewhere in this thread?
Why might they be unwilling to share this information unless they had something to hide (e.g. that they have claimed to update an item but haven't). Wouldn't this be providing a...
Please could I just confirm -
Does the LOU report show the present module firmware status for a particular VIN and highlight whether updates are available?
Has anyone tried asking their dealer for this information and a copy of the programming history for their car? All I've ever received are...
Sorry - I misremembered the price I paid. It was £32,500. Since my post I've had my insurance renewal (gasp!) so I've had a quick look at used prices in preparation for my annual trawl through the price comparison sites. I think used prices are a little under £20,000. Allowing a dealer...
The thing with PCP is that you're guaranteed the car will have a specific value at the end of the 3 year term (or whatever period you chose). If you can sell it for more than that at the end of the term them you can buy at the specified price and sell at a profit. Altenatively, you can often...
Perhaps MK has become expensive. I've just received my renewal for £621. Up 24% on last year (which was up 59% on the year before). I thought prices were supposed to be reducing. I'm an old git too. It's scandalous.
I had that happen to me (unknowingly; just one scuff, not two) in the short time between cleaning/checking my previous car for damage and selling it to Cazoo. Even though they admitted it was in great condition, they knocked £800 off the price offered.
If only it were so simple.
In my car (with R46), I have to:
1. Select the 'Car' icon,
2. Select the 'Safety' tab (because it's not selected by default as in the video)
3. Select the 'Power Off' button
4. Confirm that I want to power-off
More often than not, the touch screen doesn't respond to...
