I have the same rattle, that goes away when I press the light assembly upwards. Pulled the whole assembly down but can't seem to identify what is rattling against what. Any ideas in these pics?

No idea. I removed the glovebox, but the tbox is not easily accessible. I needed to remove some additional trim plastic which I did not have the tools nor time to attempt so I left it at that.

Nope, still the same after switching from P to PP and back to P again. Added video of the issue in the first post too. The app itself does not load at all, and goes back to the main screen immediately.

Yes, that's what the dealer told me when they did the procedure, even gave me the phone number that I need to use to make sure data credit is loaded on it regularly. I even had the punched out card where the SIM came in.
