Ah, as I suspected. Thanks! One more question if you don’t mind, but have you gotten remote climate starting to work? I added a Thermostat card into HA that had Climate as the entity, but none of the buttons/temp actually start the climate control 🤔

@SteveMSJ Do you happen to know if ad-ha/mg-saic-ha supports the door lock status to be shown? I know it has a switch for locking and unlocking the doors, but is there a binary sensor that tells HA if a door is unlocked? The one I see is either closed or open so it doesn't tell the lock status...

I’m using HA in a Docker container and saicismartapi/saic-python-mqtt-gateway:latest with Mosquitto.

Oh amazing! I don't mind having to use the _power sensor per se, just find it strange that there's no other sensor on there that's just dedicated to actual charging. Or at least I'm not seeing one xD I have loads of questions for @wattmatters lined up :D

I can do ~230km of city driving (my consumption according to the GoM is +29.8kWh/100km) in -30C-20C in Finland. It has been below -15C ever since I got the car on the 30th of Jan. Going to highways where the speed is more constant, consumption drops to around 20-24kWh/100km. Naturally it’s not...

I mean they are the official importer of MG's to Finland, who handle the updates, warranty, representation etc. Wouldn't think they would say something they had not heard first hand from MG :)

Just talked to my rep at the dealership I got my car from 3 weeks ago (they did a checkup call if everything was working fine) and asked about OTA updates. They told me that MG had confirmed that OTA should be coming this year to European models.

I have had my MY23 Trophy (Luxury here in Finland) for 3 weeks, done about 500km on it and have had only 1 single fault that presented itself on the first 3 days I had the car, which was the driver side mirror not folding without giving it a slight push. Now, even in -30C weather it closes and...

So far I’ve done around 490km on my MG in a little over 2 weeks, have used only public charging, fast/slow charging is about 50/50 it has cost me around 30€.

Same in Finland. Every year or every 24k.

Yeah, had I used eco driving mode it would have more than likely been even lower indeed!
