You can hold button for longer period this works. You can also switch off Hello MG and say OK google. Found that ok google only works when stationary with hello MG on, with it off you can use when driving. Crazy set up, but got mine sorted eventually! Had lots of problems with built in hello...

Went in for software update 2 weeks ago which looked to have resolved the issue. The issue has returned today however. Booked in again for investigation.

Hi, A factory reset of the infotainment fixes the issue but it comes back after a few days, and can be resolved again with a factory reset. My dealer is investigating. I will report back once I know more. Thanks

I've had my ZS EV Trophy Connect for about a month now. The voice control command works find for the set commands such as open sunroof or temperature control etc. However it is hopeless making calls, calling the wrong contact 90 percent of the time. Has anybody else had issues?
