HI, great choice of car. I have a SR which can not work on Tesla SC as part needs changing for about £1k. I bought another 5 this time LR which works great on Tesla SC.

The was a modification for it. Mine did it and they fixed it a couple of years ago but I have caught it doing it again recently.

I think 200 miles on 100% is a figure to go by. 1% is 2 miles. I find the GOM is fine if the trip counter is not reset.

I would use solar to charge my car via a Zappi but I get paid 15p/kWh export and charge overnight at 7p/kWh. Can you change the current on your granny EVSE otherwise it will use 10A about 2.2kW

Are getting a tethered EVSE ( charge point) with a cable or untethered in which case you will need a cable. On the granny EVSE could you put an extension lead through the letter box? If you do get caught out at a rapid charger that is broken it may have a working type2 port that needs you to use...

It is 6 hours for IOG and they are just for car charging anything over 6 hours will be at peak even during 2330-0530. the house is still at 7p during these hours

You still need to have PME protection. Yes it does need PME fault detection installed, as its still used for EV charging.

You should get an air compressor and tyre gunk but no jack. You can buy tyre kits, wheel, jack and tools. check Ebay. Was it a type 2 cable or a granny charger cable?

I tried the auto lights again yesterday evening to see when they came on. They did almost 30 'flashes' were they tried to come on and went off again instantly. They finally stayed on as I went through a short bridge.

Hi, I think you mean Rapid DC chargers. Zapmap is a good place to start. Use the filter to show multiple chargers not just single units

It should be about 14V in 'ready' mode but will show 12v+ in stby mode.

Have you reset the trip counters? Turn the car on with AC and fan all off and in ECO mode to see what you get.
