Done all of the above, it does sometimes work out of the blue and pulls down the boot nicely and locks in like a soft close, rest of the time it slams it closed from not full height or doesn't latch at all and I have to give it a push to latch it otherwise the dash display shows that the boot is...

Hopefully it will have fixed it, although I believe the self learning function maybe holding down the button for 5 seconds, which is what we have been doing. Amongst other temperary fixes

Done the hard reset worked for a couple of weeks, now the problem is back.....

Has anyone had a permanent fix on this yet? Thanks
