Recently noticed a notification reading that my passenger side air bag is turned off. Does anyone have an idea how to turn it on again as I have no recollection of how it was turned off. Appreciate comments

I have an MG4 and the difference I see when I toggle between Normal and Eco is an extra 20km range difference on the screen.
