Hi, I have an SE mg4 and notice a big impact of the temperature on my winter range. As my car is charging over night (right next to my house, on my drive), are there covers that entirely cover the car but can be used whilst charging as well. And if not but not whilst charging would be useful

Mine sometimes tells me it is 85°C inside in the winter and when we had a heatwave (34°C) it tried to say the battery needed heating. So I don't have much faith in the temperature sensors at all!

My 2023 model has opd but don't use it much.

Love mine. I have had my first service and had to go back straight after as it was limiting power over 50mph. Software updated and all good now. No issue with no rear wiper, only time it was was in the cold when i wiped it with my hands before leaving

Hi. I just had my first service and 4 software updates later... the performance has significantly dropped. It is ok at low speeds but got caught out on motorway as went to overtake and accelerate from 60 to 70 mph.... previously this was pretty much instantaneous but now it struggles to speed up...

Better lighting, covers (with solar panels), toilets/cafe. Price on panels. Basically a petrol station with charging points

Yes, i think there may occasionally be issues... my car the other day (in December!) I was worried it was on fire! I think it was a °Fahrenheit not °Centigrade/Celsius

No. They make money on the electricity they buy unless you have one of the special deals that were available in the green deal days. We charge in the morning and then fill the house battery before we export

We rang the bank beforehand and discussed... would be all ok if we did separate transactions of max 10k but then hit a daly transaction limit. So i did up to the limit off one account and the balance on another.

We have both electric and gas and had this but we have solar and finally got the longer night-time charge for ev rate but now getting lower kickback for excess sold back (was already a lower rate than we would have to pay( and higher rate at oeak times (mid afternoon to about 10pm)
