Simple, if its too good to be true is probably is. MG and Vanarama are time wasters.

I have decided to cancel, I could not wait a total 17 months for an MG EV. Good bye and good luck waiting till April if the car ever comes or if they decide to further increase the price.

I will never buy an MG. Next minute you will see Vanarama showing a lease deal for the MG4 and saying it will come in Dec and actually come 2024 with a £100 a month price increase. I would not trust Vanarama ever again for any lease car. TBH I would not trust MG either.

Vanarama are liars. The problem is there is nothing we can do. When the car industry does improve in say 1-2 years time I will NEVER order from vanarama. Such a waste of time they are. It's a shame as the car is a good car and cheap also.

Had the same call also from Vanarama. Sounds like the deal was too good to be true basically.

I had a call from Vanarama they also said September but no build slot and it will most likely slip to 2023. I haven't had a car for years so can wait but it will get to a point where I give up.

Just called vanarama bad news. They said all orders though them have been delayed till Sept due to a recall. So another long wait!!

Come April prices will increase by 50 percent so that £190 will come circa £285! And then October probably another increase. That £400 a month may look cheap soon!!
