Just wondering if anyone has sold a standard range executive, and how easy or how long it took to sell if private, how much they're really going for now, I'm on a 4 year pcp deal but don't really want to live with the car any longer, I'm thinking of going back to a diesel, maybe a hybrid VW GTE...

I've had trouble with it too. Works fine sometimes but cuts out, then comes back, sometimes won't start at all. I'll give this a try. Android auto, 40% of the time, it works every time.

Glad it's not just me! My old vw was pretty good and an old volvo that was completely customisable was useful. Got half the mg windscreen blocked by a big black plastic box for these things that are crap ?

Anyone else think that the auto wipers are actually not very auto at all? On intermittent, they're intermittent, Turn the little ring thingy for auto rain sensitivity and they're just on, none of the three settings seem to make a difference, all the auto setting does is make the wipers come on...

Yeah you could use something like a 3kw immersion timer but granny take long time do her thing!

Contactors and timers in the consumer unit if you get an electrician in, you can then set it to come on off peak hours, or a WiFi timer at 40 amp rated off AliExpress if you're feeling brave, probably still need the electrician though...

I think it'd be pretty bad compared to c class, golf etc' it's tinny and flimsy feeling through and through...but it is cheap though.

They told me cars come with a certain amount of tint/uv protection so anything you put on means it's adding to that and making it illegal. That was global tint. Maybe he just couldn't be bothered.
