Hi all, not sure if this has been answered elsewhere but is the service plan linked to a specific dealership or to the vehicle? The service plan I had (3 year plan with the 2nd service approaching) was with a dealership which has since stopped operating (Masters MG beckenham). Thoughts?

Mine has done same thing - 70 plate, 9000 miles and now won’t go over 157miles on GOM after an equalisation charge. Will try an unlock and re-lock of the car sometime next week and see what happens.

Car has been sitting in the sun all day whilst at work so I’ll see if that has made a difference 🤞

I’m leaning towards it being degradation. I guess my next question would be is it acceptable for the battery’s SOH to be at 96% (ish) after 17 months and 7500miles? I understand it is going to happen but I didn’t think we’d start to see it so soon.

Good stuff to know re: not having to drain the battery. I bit the bullet and got an EV without owning a drive way knowing work had free chargers I can use 5 days of the week. Essentially, make sure the charge points at work aren’t ice’d, do my normal day and hopefully the MG badge is no longer...

We have 7kw charge posts at work which I believe slows down to 3kw during balancing phase. Will this do or does that count as a rapid unit?

That was not explained. Yeah range has been severely reduced - meaning AA had to pick me up off the hard shoulder of the M45 a couple weeks back!

I had the SA020 update added yesterday and explained I also needed the BMS update as I had the faulty one installed (max voltage 429v). They say they have done it along with the SA020 update however a charge today still maxed out at 429v. Am I being impatient or may there still be an issue?

That update will erase any favourites you had stored - is that the issue? After I had it, I had to re-enter my favourites, but I was warned this would happen in advance. Will give it a check but it said no signal rather than no saved stations (which had been wiped but that’s not the end of the...
