It was raining pretty heavily and there was a lot of standing water. I didn't realise that would make much of a difference but seems like it does. Not sure if there was a head wind or not, but it's definitely possible

I tried it, it's pretty terrible. Even the salesman at the dealership struggled to get it to do basic stuff, it didn't work and he moved swiftly on. Luckily I just use Android Auto and Google's voice assistant is much better (but also not perfect at times) so it doesn't really bother me personally
