I can upload a KML file into Google My Maps but that will not provide navigation directions. And the map will not show on CarPlay anyway.....

In NL the support is also sadly missing - but I am willing to risk it as at this stage the MG system is not as good as say Google Maps via CarPlay .....

Ah that I did not know. But, still would like to have LKA available (without alarms) when driving motorway without MG Pilot. And not having to bother with car settings in infotainment menu. Using the button on the lights stalk is easy to get used to.
