I can upload a KML file into Google My Maps but that will not provide navigation directions. And the map will not show on CarPlay anyway.....

Ah that I did not know. But, still would like to have LKA available (without alarms) when driving motorway without MG Pilot. And not having to bother with car settings in infotainment menu. Using the button on the lights stalk is easy to get used to.

I switch it off with the button on the end of the lights stalk. Funny how it stays off most of the times when I restart - and sometimes it's on again. No bother to switch it off again if that happens. Useful to have LKA there when switching on MG Pilot on motorways.

The Zappi will allow a boost charge to a certain % of battery capacity. You can set this at 80%. But, as Fishettibean stated, charging regularly to 100% is no problem, is even required to balance the cells and so improve battery life.

But on the plus side, once you dumped you groceries and closed the boot, the car is still locked :)

I do. In fact, I disable LKA and ACC so the digital speedo stays visible. Only when driving motorway do I use LKA and ACC (and in slow traffic, MG Pilot). First thing I do when digital speedo shows is press OK for 5 seconds so the annoying speedsign info is removed.
