I've just ring today and although the standing charge is 26p the unit rate is nearly 42p so I'll be sticking with my current rate

I ordered early November and my dealer wouldn't even give me a date. Yet they had some stock cars coming in so have managed to swap over. Might be worth seeing if you can do the same if you're as impatient as I am

Yeah all SMETS1 meters will be getting it. I had mine installed a few years ago and has been redundant for a while, until now. Going to be giving octopus a call in the morning to see if they'll be able to work with it or not
