You can reject the car under the consumer act 2015 ,within 30 days, or they get 1 chance to fix it. That is the law.

I have a 72 plate, they don't come with it. I assume if I get puncture the RAC or AA have universal ones that fit.

Hi, thanks for your reply. However my Grandaughter solved it by accident. When you put heating on, and it's on normal mode, press the MAN by Aircon ,it instantly boosts heating and also comes out of the rear vents. Ridiculous that this doesn't show in manual. Thanks everyone for all your help...

Very strange, a couple of days later I clicked on forgot password, received code in 1 minute, reset new password, all working fine now. Thanks everyone fir your help.

Yes, it's strange as password is saved, but it didn't come up.

I am having a similar problem, except when I say forgot password, and click send link, I am not receiving any email to reset password. I only have 1 attempt left, what happens if I still don't get email to reset password, any advice be greatly appreciated, thanks.
