Noticed on mine if I set the 80% limit via the app before starting the charge it resets to 100% when I plug in … but if i set it after starting the charge the 80% limit works.

Drive slow. Uses a lot less charge at 60mph than 70mph.

Hi Has anyone worked out how to increase the size of the font for the radio stations? The font that says “national radio”‘is just readable but the font underneath with the channel name is almost unreadable when driving. Thanks

Just to close this out. It was indeed the charge port at fault. Took a few days for new part to arrive. Charged once at home since and it appears to work now (aside from ignoring the charge limit)

This may be what I’ve had. Try it on a supermarket 7.5kw charger. If that doesn’t work it’s the car at fault. Had to have the chargeport replaced on mine. Fortunately it was only a few days wait for the part. (Mine was ok on fast charger too.. just very unreliable at home and eventually refused...

I’ve had the 80% limit repeatedly ignored by my Trophy which has now been in the garage 10 days awaiting a new charging port as it refused to home charge after a few weeks.

The dealer for my non-7kw ac charging Trophy now think it’s a faulty charging port on the car so are investigating lead times for a new one. I’ve queried how they can be sure it isn’t an issue with the onboard charger inside the car as my understanding is that some of the resistors / switches...

Sorry that sucks. By domestic charger working you mean the 3 pin plug? Have you tried a public 7kw charger? If both your original and new home chargers and a public 7kw ac charger don’t work it’s got to be the car. Did the installer have any theories?

I haven’t tried the three pin as there’s no convenient socket and it’s too slow to be of any use. About 1 in 10 attempts to 7kw charge my car at home is successful. Going to the dealers this week.

Yes thanks. Home unit is tethered. Supermarket is bring your own cable so have used different cables.
