My Trophy passed last October at 33000 miles with advisories on rear tyre wear - they were the originals. Mind you, it had the suspension bushes changed after they were seen to be worn at the 2nd service around 22000 miles.
Mine sort of slides. If I drag my finger along the bar the slider will follow up or down in 10% jumps without me lifting my finger off or tapping. I had to check today as in reality I just tap at the percentage I want!
Mine was 2 years old at about 22000 miles when the dealer found worn bushes at the second service. They were replaced under warranty. Seemed very early to me for this to happen.
I've done exactly as you did when wanting to alter the navigation volume. The navigation voice had finished just before I moved the joystick and the radio came on.
I checked what happens when I left foot brake and have found out what I have been doing! The power meter does indeed go negative when I first touch the brake but then I press the accelerator further while keeping the brake pedal pressed and the power meter returns to being positive. The brakes...
That's different to my MG4 where I'm pretty sure the power meter remains positive when I left foot brake while pressing the accelerator. It's how I cleaned up my discs pre MoT. I'll double check next time I'm out in it.
If I left foot brake whilst still pressing the accelerator I use the brakes and don't use regen according to the power indicator. Like @siteguru, I was told about rusty brakes at my second service. The dealer didn't try to sell me new discs or pads, they simply suggested that I use the brakes...
I'd mentioned the bulge when collecting the car in Oct 22 before the fix was available. I happened to be there when my car was being delivered on the top deck of the transporter so I'd had a good view of the underside. When I booked in a service after the bracket had become available I was told...
My headlights (Trophy) were adjusted by the dealer early on which got rid of most of the dark spot. They're still abysmal when going round corners or looking for a side turning on our rural roads as they just don't spread any light to the sides. I turned off auto high beam soon after getting the...
I did this before my third service and first MoT. I guess it must have worked as I had been told about having rusty brakes at the second service but they didn't get a mention this time.
I can't remember ever getting below 3.1 travelling at 70mph on the A1 from around Cambridge up to Scotland in winter with heating and AC on. (Trophy LR)
My first ev was a BMW i3 which had stronger regen than level 3 in the MG and also permanent OPD. There were regen settings to alter the level, it was always the maximum it had. To begin with I slowed down far too much before corners and junctions which soon taught me to moderate how much I...
