yes you can pre heat the car using battery power to defrost it without it being plugged in. You can fire this up using the app.

My salary sacrifice Tusker Xpower came with a granny charger and also a type 2 to type 2 cable so you can charge at public AC chargers if need be. battery pre heating, I think it says this is only required if you have temps below -10c or did I get that wrong?

I've had a look at the Xpower, the bottom 2 pins are not populated so it is limited to 7kw ac charging. Funny how the likes of EV database and many others have got this wrong....

We have a 3ph 11kw tethered charger. I know it can deliver 11kw as a colleague charges his Etron at 11kw so the charger isn't the issue.
