My new HS PHEV arrives end of April , dealer is saying they are starting to arrive without the windscreen fit aerial , if it dies has it won’t be going ahead with it .

Did you dealership say this is a temporary fit ?, as another dealer I spoke to stated it’s not a temporary but it’s permanent and MG won’t be re-calling them in the future to have it updated .

The current new HS plug in have a temporary DAB aerial stuck on the windscreen with a usb cable running to the USB socket where you would normally charge a phone , to get DAB this cable needs to be plugged into usb socket . Apparently some point in the future when MG get the chips this temporary...

I’ve had my HS PHEV just 4 months it is just charging upto 31 miles instead of the 32 miles , need to keep an eye on this , as didn’t expect any change so soon into live of the vehicle .

Yes indeed take it back to dealer as within 30 days you can actually reject the vehicle and they are obliged to take it back !

Be careful about changing to a EV tariff , as it does increase all your normal daily usage fairly considerably , you need to work what you average daily use of electric and cost of charging at night etc .

Yes dealer fixed it thanks , and your correct I believe it was the door control panel that was at fault , I was lucky as dealer just happened to have one in stock .

I’m 6 weeks into owning my HS PHEV , apart from initial problem with the door mirrors , I’m very pleased with it , if I take it easy I am getting around 40 miles on a charge , just wondered what are others getting on a charge ?

I’ve just purchased the Exclusive a week ago , yes it has the sunroof , also electric tail gate opening , if your going to pay near to 30K I would recommend getting the Exclusive

Door mirrors issue I have a 1 week old HS PHEV and issue with door mirrors that won’t open out when vehicle is unlocked, so far dealer cannot fix and is awaiting guidance from China how to rectify . Any one else with a HS had same issue I wonder ?
