2) Elecroverse app or GRIDSERVE on offer
3) Whatever is convenient and plentiful Sainsbury’s for example

The heater and required battery heating hit efficiency. In my SR I get around 3.2 in winter with heating and about 4.5 or so when no heating. But of course heat is often not optional. Given how cheap electricity is I wouldn’t lose sleep over it.
