I’m pretty sure a lot of rear wash wipers are like this my vw transporter is the same.

This happened to my back seat I managed to get the rear seat squab off the rear pin hinge on the wheel arch side. Which had a very flimsy plastic washer on it. This had come off causing the rear seat to misalign. I refitted it and is now ok fingers crossed ?

yes just protected it with a coat of rust paint after reports of the screws rusting in 5 minutes

Hi yes I left it out as the white painted screws weren’t in the kit .so I ordered them on eBay and have since added them.

Yes a plastic trim tool saves damage and I just pulled off with my fingers when the gap was bigger

It comes of fairly easily but access to the fuses is limited and hard to get your hand in. There’s 2 screws at the side and you can lower the lower panel under the steering column give slightly better access , but I don’t think mg intended mere mortals to enter there.

Rightly or wrongly I’ve decided to fit the MG5 mud flaps myself and save on labour costs the holes line up with fittings on the arch liner but the instructions seem to suggest you need to drill holes. And use self tapping screws provided. Has any one got a photo of the fronts fitted. So I can...
