Registered no problem at all but I can’t get the QR code scan thing to work…. I hate technology 😂 any indications of a simple fix or if I’m doing something stupidly wrong?

I’m having problems with scanning the QR code. It keeps saying not available right now try later. It’s a brand new car so definitely it bound to another phone. Any ideas?
