Did you try refreshing the app a few times? That usually works once I've unlocked and relocked the car. Not a great user experience I know. If you do return it to the dealership do let us know if it resolves the issue.

I did an experiment with this and found after 36 hours of not using the car you’ll get this issue. So as webhiker says, it looks like it’s preserving the battery. My solution is to grab the key and unlock then lock the car and that seems to work, but is a bit of a crap hack that involves you...

Yeah happened to me but could log in ok after 3 attempts. They’ve updated the app with a new home UI.

Mine is defaulting to Italian (I think) without even asking a question. Great idea by the way.

Yeah the wiper thing is very annoying. Scratched the bonnet when I took a seat to put new clips on the wipers and they came down.

This is my biggest gripe - I drive in eco mode most of the time, but want a boost every now and again to overtake or pull out of junctions. Currently you have to cycle all the way through the modes to get back to where you were.

Someone drove into the back of us on the M4, while we were thankfully in traffic so was about 20mph. Still gave us a good jolt and a scare. The offending Ford Focus came out a lot worse than us: Although annoying, I was pleasantly surpirised at how little damage there was.

There's an option in the settings to turn off the camera view when you use the indicators. Is this what you mean?

Just pause the video and stare at any detail (in particular the interior shots). Lots of weird morphing of shapes, textures etc. Look at the infotainment system for example.

Same for me. I dread the day they update the software at a service without asking me.

There’s a couple of threads about this now. I’ve done it twice myself now and have trained myself to turn full beam on and off with my fingertips. It’s a design flaw that needs fixing.

Yep - location on and app set to English. Turns out the head unit in the car had crashed and needed a hard reset by holding down the home button. That sorted it out.
