If it was that wet then it sounds like it wasn't in accordance with its IP rating .. or it had been left in a deep enough puddle that water was able to find a way in over a long-enough period of time.

The biggest clue is looking at the charge port .. if there are pins in the L2 and L3 slots then the chances of there being an 11kW OBC rise dramatically; if not then you have a (probable) 6.6kW OBC.
As above .. if the original MG4 doesn't have differentiators for the SE SR, SE LR, Trophy LR, Trophy ER and X-Power, why should the new MG4 or the Urban get any special treatment? ;)
