Are you doing a permanent live or switched live? I’m guessing you are piggybacking on one of the existing fuses, more photos of the fuse box please with your wiring.
This got me thinking, when the camera is using the internal battery. The camera internal battery level will start to go down but as it’s connected to permanent live, wouldn’t the 12v will start charging the camera internal battery and this in turn slightly drain the 12v?
I have been driving MG since the MG Rover days and my first SAIC MG was the GS then followed by the mk1 HS PHEV and now soon to be S6.
I could see the quality improvement after each model, the HS was a fast improvement to the GS and the S6 looks great over the HS.

I personally think one with dark exterior colour (i.e black, grey, red) will look great with the beige interior. Vice versa one with a light exterior colour (i.e white, gold) will look great with the grey interior.
I had a white/beige leather in my old MG GS and the only issue I had was jeans...

The boot size on the HS PHEV was already not one of the biggest. The petrol HS was actually bigger. So it was disappointing to hear the width is smaller on the S6. I was hoping I could get 3 suitcases side by side in the boot as I couldn’t in the HS. Not a biggie.
I have a Nextbase 522 currently hardwired to my HS fusebox with switched live. The cable routing is just the same as yours. I don’t need or use the intelligent parking function. At the moment once ignition off the cam stayed on for about 5 secs then switch itself off.

I did a dummy quote with my current insurer Quote Me Happy (Aviva) and they didn’t quote me happy at all with no quote available.
Then I went on an insurance comparison site and it wasn’t cheap with the cheapest being with AA. The dual motor is in insurance group 42 out of 50.
