Would you have another MG after the MG4 ?

Have owned the car for around 18 months now. Trophy model. My answer to the survey is no. Yes it was chosen at the time by me for being more on the budget end for an electric hatchback and as my first foray into owning an EV. As a general car, getting me a to b and working for that purpose it...

    Windscreen replacement woes

Replaced today and so far so good. Calibration done and no error messages on the car at present.

    Windscreen replacement woes

It was hit by a stone and there was a small mark at the time which I would have thought could have been repaired, however it developed into a larger crack and upon contacting AG, a full windscreen replacement was needed. Upon visual inspection since the initial impact it has indeed worsened.

    Windscreen replacement woes

I have a cracked windscreen which is booked in for a full replacement with auto glass this week. Having read all these horror stories about recalibration issues am I likely in for the same problems with them? They do say on their website they do this side of things but from the many posts before...

    Low pressure tyre warning

Had searched for a thread similar to the problem my MG4 LR seems to be having right now and infact seems to have had a number of times before! For the last few weeks at least I've been reminded multiple times about the right rear tyre being low when in reality it's not (inspected visually and...

What do you think is the cheapest feeling part of MG4

Interior plastics are the worst and appear to be made of cheese. I echo the comment above about them.. unless you are more careful than most of us are day to day, a scratch of any sort is embedded for life. ?

    Extended Range Trophy

The updates to the MG4 model range are coming quite quick. Especially when many of us may have not long received our orders from when the first version of it was released last year. Usually expect these types of updates to come at a mid year cycle of a model's life span. I think they are good...

New MY23 Changes (wheels/roof/one pedal driving/rear centre headrest & new rear wiper!)

Like a few others have mentioned about the revisions to the model range, hopefully some of these new (software obviously) additions are added to current cars. Non software things, well that's just annoying that many of us have just missed out on having them! I have a 23 plate Trophy car...

    Air Vents

High temperatures and entering a hot car, sometimes it's appreciated. ?

    Air Vents

Like many of you I have owned a few cars over the years and know each will be different in this regard, however I find that the air vents on the MG4 are just not best placed to allow air to flow directly towards the face (probably more of a bother with the hot weather recently). This is despite...

Company Car - Relying on public charging

I actually quite like the car and other than some of the software quirks that a number of others have reported (and I just hope they do get sorted somehow and not too far into the future) I've no other complaints really. These things aren't too detrimental for the car overall, just a bit...

What would make public charging better for you..?

If unlike in my area they actually fixed the machines more timely than say the 2 months plus our fast charger has been out of action (despite reporting it). In fairness with a home charging port I'm not relying on public charging now but if I did in this town, I'd be out of luck!

    iSMART app v1.1.2 available

It's the 80s looking digits when it's scanning the car for faults that I can't stand. Maybe it's intentional for effect but it's just not cool. ?

MG4 EV - what's your favourite colour? Vote in the poll.

I'd have maybe taken an orange if I could have but opted for the grey with the choices I had available. Glad I did - it looks subtle and quite classy and as someone else said earlier in the thread, goes well with the black side panels. Saw the blue in person and does arguably look better (to me)...
