Driver’s side. Are these brand new MG parts? I am told that the warranty is invalidated otherwise.

Its the garage that we bought it from in July 21 which was an MG dealer at the time. By the time the damaged car went to them in May 22 they no longer had the dealership with MG but still have a number of other brands.
