Thanks! Ok, so this is a common issue for MG4s? Haven't seen anything other than this post I'm responding to in the forum? I'd have thought that just adds another weak point but I'm no tech head and will give it a try.

Yep, I know but even that doesn't allow for the short cable . Still needs 25 cm or so to reach through.

I have the same ongoing issue with longer cables that allow me to use the phone holder ledge since buying an MG Excite in November 2023. I thought it was the older phone, a Samsung Galaxy SG20FE, as tried several cables long enough for use of the ledge. The only one that worked was a cheap 10...

I have figured this out now. 15 second delay set, and fires up beautifully every time I get into the car.

I bought an ottocast U2 X and it works well. However, struggling to find where I'm supposed to enter those settings numbers into a browser whilst connected to adjust the delay start to 20 seconds. I use a Samsung S20 Galaxy and the videos seem to be iPhone so don't make much sense to me. Anyone...
