I was contacted by a French MG5 owner to source a silver console cover used on Luxury version to replace his Comfort version's black piano cover. Each to their own taste, but I do like the iead the silver piece will brighten up the space once fitted.

Too sensitive to share and comment on. Anyway, the part itself is dead cheap, and the fix to the issue from factory's point of view is quite simple, at this stage I'd say it is the supply chain delaying us from getting the revised part.
No obvious visible difference, it's down to the tooling the manufacturer use.
Plastic undertray is always a fast moving part used for accident repair despite the dip/bulge issue we're seeing.
