If you engage the parking brake/auto hold? Many vehicles will roll back on a slope if no action is taken by the driver to avoid it. Why do you have ACC activated in town/traffic? Just because the vehicle is electric and configured like a smart phone does not mean the driver has to do...

Was MG4 ever badged officially as Mulan. I see lots of plastic tat accessories on offer where I am. Bits of plastic that stick on everywhere. If MG4 was ever badged as Mulan and we knew where (India) we could possibly get some Mulan ID and go further undercover.

Does Xpower have brake disc wear indicator lamp? If so there will need to be an electrical connection to the pad. If so this negates aftermarket pads with a cable.
