We just got a quote from Tesco to renew our car insurance at £660, it was £160 last year (not on your Nellie). Re-brokered and and got a quote from Esure at £334, half the amount that Tesco wanted. It's still an unwelcome rise of £174.

Hi, it was Dicksons of Inverness, yes it was a low mileage service (below 12k miles) where they only test the brake fluid rather than replacing it.

I just got the 2nd service for ZS at £135 (low Mileage) including courtesy car and car wash, also the AA roadside recovery service update

Our MG ZS underwent its second service yesterday with no advisories, it was carried out by Dicksons of Inverness at a cost of £135 (low mileage). The service cost included a courtesy car and a health check video of the underside of the car, it also included an update of the AA roadside rescue...

I asked them if my MG assistance would be updated and they replied yes

My zs mk1 sometimes does the same, not sure what triggers it.

Thankyou Lovemyev, very interesting, it certainly looks a lot easier and less time consuming than replacing an ICE.

I've got an MG mk1 zs ev (71 plate) and a Zappi charger, I am on Occtopus intelligent go and it works great. On the initial set up they ask you to plug in your car so they can run a test, after the test they emailed back stating I was now on intelligent go tariff.

I just transferred from Octopus Go to Intelligent go to charge our 71plate ZS via the Zappy charger and I am well impressed, just plug in and forget it. Intelligent Go certainly lives up to it's name and takes the hassle out of schedule charging.

I'm a very low mileage user only use the car for local runs and the occasional 65 mile round trip to visit our daughter. The quote covered the replacement of the pollen filter plus changing the brake fluid
